It is nestled in the center of the town, near Captain Cook Monument. 200 feet are distance to a restaurant. The downstairs bar offers complimentary drinks.

I liked being in this place. Had a very good stay on both nights of my stay, glad I've chosen it. I had well priced room with a great view. The staff were knowledgeable and flexible, everything was second to none. The breakfast was tasty, the check in was simple.

I really loved being just a short walk away from the fine Pannett Park Art Gallery and only a few steps from the historical Whitby Museum. Plus, being close to great cafes like The Whitby Deli added a lovely touch to my mornings.

Location right on the main street, surrounded by charming shops and eateries. The historic building adds a unique touch to the atmosphere, evoking a sense of nostalgia while being close to the local attractions.

Parking becomes a hassle, as there are no dedicated spaces on-site. The room I stayed in showed signs of wear, with a stained carpet and a bathroom that felt somewhat neglected, complete with mould on the window sill and a leaky shower. The view offered nothing lovely, looking out onto a grimy roof. It didn't quite meet expectations for the price, especially considering the dated furniture and some minor inconveniences.

the venue is fairly clean and reasonably spacious, views are absolutely superb, the location is magnificent and unbeatable so close to the reverse park, and the main sights. really efficient and so efficient staff here in a relaxed manner. a fabulous bar does the trick. nothing compares to this nicely appointed hotel, recommend it.
